A moulting adult American Golden Plover was around Traigh Mhor, moving between the beach and nearby machair. This bird was present yesterday evening too, but the views insufficient to be certain of its identity. Also 113 Golden Plovers in the area and several Whimbrels. Ian also saw a Ruff.
