3 ***Cackling Geese*** (the usual pair plus a new bird) were there this morning

Ardmore, South Uist
The juvenile ***Lesser Scaup*** was still on Loch an Daill early afternoon

Weather: Wind WSW f6, bright spells and light showers. Temp 9c.

A near 2 hour seawatch this morning produced 5 Long-tailed Ducks (S), 3 Red-throated Divers (2S 1N), 1 Great Northern Diver (S), 3 Gannets (2S 1N), 31 Shag (7S 24N), 2 Cormorants (S) and 1 Kittiwake (S).
Also present in the area were Greylag Goose 99, Shelduck 2, Gadwall 3, Wigeon 31, Mallard 77, Teal 8, Tufted Duck 13, Grey Heron 1, Cormorant 15, Peregrine 1, Rock Pipit 2, and Twite 110
