An adult Rose-coloured Starling was at the landfill site this morning, seen mostly around the compactor

Weather: Wind WSW F5, 8/8 cloud at first turning to sunny spells and a few light showers. Temp 12C.
A 3 hour seawatch this morning produced 4 Red-throated Divers (S), 2 Great Northern Divers (S), 31 Fulmars (16S 15N), 6 Sooty Shearwaters (S), 34 Manx Shearwaters (32S 2N), 239 Gannets (234S 5N), 9 Whimbrel (S), 4 Kittiwakes (S), 1 Arctic Tern (S), 1 Great Skua (S) and 1 Black Guillemot (S).
Also present in the area were Mute Swan 1, Cormorant 12, Ruff 1, Common Gull 65, Great Black-backed Gull 12, Herring Gull 180, Razorbill 1, Pied Wagtail 2, Meadow Pipit 16 and Rock Pipit 2
