The juvenile Pectoral Sandpiper and 7 Ruff were still on the flooded area by Launch Area 2 early this afternoon. In total there were 9 Ruff on The Range along with 22 Black-tailed Godwits.

Juv Pectoral Sandpiper at Loch Bornish this eve in the flooded loch edge in long vegetation just nr the cattle grid past the church. Also 4 ruff and 17 blackwits there.

Reasonable numbers of waders seen from Steinish this lunchtime, after heavy rain all morning: Black-tailed Godwit 44, Greenshank 6, Knot c40, Sanderling 25, Redshank 15. Several 100s Dunlin and Ringed Plover
