The Great Tit was again seen there this morning

A male Blackcap was in a garden there

Weather: Wind SSW F6-7 backing S. 8/8 cloud some light drizzle at end of watch. Temp 12C.

A 3+ hour seawatch this morning produced 6 Eider (S), 9 Long-tailed Duck (S), 2 Red-breasted Mergansers (S), 20 Red-throated Divers (S), 54 Great Northern Divers (S - Highest November Count), 3 Fulmars (S), 91 Gannets (89S 2N), 10 Shag (4S 6N), 4 Cormorants (3S 1N), 8 Kittiwakes (S), 4 Guillemots (S), 4 Razorbills (S) and 14 auk sp (S).
Also present in the area were Greylag Goose 32, Wigeon 14, Tufted Duck 7, Long-tailed Duck 2, Red-throated Diver 1, Cormorant 16, Curlew 7, Snipe 4, Rock Dove 14, Raven 1 and Rock Pipit 1

The Green-winged Teal first seen on 29th October was still present at Loch Sandary, North Uist during a brief visit this afternoon.

14 Greenland White-fronts were among the Greylags at Borve today. The small Canada Goose was out on Borve Point with c210 Barnacle Geese. 12 Pale-bellied Brents were at Traigh Mhor and 22 Whooper Swans were still on Loch Tangasdale. A single Brambling was at Brevig, a Fieldfare and a Chiffchaff were at Castlebay and 2 Blackcaps were at Northbay House.

News from Tristan, Lewis

Eight Waxwings this morning in Stornoway Castle Grounds, by the seawall at the bottom of the castle lawn. Five Bramblings nearby.
