    Rather quiet on the patch this morning with fewer birds on the fields at Askernish apart from Snipe which remain in large numbers. A Wheatear and 5 Swallows on the beach and 15 Redwing were in the township as well as a noticable increase in Blackbirds Bar-tailed Godwit
