An adult Iceland Gull was there today

Ness, Isle of Lewis
800 Pink-footed Geese, 100 Barnacle Geese, 6 Greenland White-fronted Goose, 28 Black-tailed Godwits and a Whimbrel were seen there today

Baleshare, North Uist
550 Pink-feet and 60+ Black-tailed Godwits flew NW this afternoon. 1000 Golden Plover were also in the area

Askernish, South Uist
20 Black-tailed Godwits were on the machair this morning

8 Greenland White-fronted Geese on the crofts at Cleat and a Sandwich Tern on the beach there. 8 Pale-bellied Brents were among a hundred or so Barnacle Geese at Borve. Good numbers of Redshank were grounded around the island including a flock of 80 at Traigh Mhor, where there was also a Sandwich Tern and the usual Little Gull. The bad weather grounded unusually large numbers of Black-headed Gulls around the island including a flock of 65 at Borve.
