The female type Velvet Scoter was again off shore this morning

Weather: Wind S F5, 8/8 cloud, rain. Temp 7.5C

A near 2 hour seawatch this morning produced 2 Eider (S), 11 Long-tailed Ducks (S), 1 Red-breasted Merganser (S), 4 Red-throated Divers (S), 3 Gannets (1S 2N), 15 Shag (1S 14N), 2 Cormorants (S) and 1 Kittiwake (S).
Also present in the area were Greylag Goose 5, Wigeon 39, Tufted Duck 10, Red-throated Diver 1, Great Northern Diver 1, Cormorant 21 and Peregrine 1
