Late news: a 2CY Scaup was seen on the loch yesterday

Stornoway, Isle of Lewis
3 Great Tits and 3 Brambling were in Willowglen today. The large flock (100+) of Brambling were still in the castle grounds

Ruhba Ardvule, South Uist
Counting period: 08:25 - 10:30
Weather: Wind SSW F6 gust f7, 8/8 cloud with rain. Temp 6.5C.

A two hour seawatch this morning produced 14 Eider (S), 1 Long-tailed Duck (N), 5 Red-throated divers (S), 1 Great Northern Diver (S), 3 Gannets (S), 37 Shag (N), 1 Cormorant (S), 1 Kittiwake (S) and 1 auk sp (S).
Also present in the area were Shelduck 13, Wigeon 110, Teal 1, Great Northern Diver 1, Cormorant 12, Hooded Crow 3, Raven 2

The only bird of note seen before the rain set in was a single Pink-footed Goose at Kilpheder
