Grenitote, North Uist
2 hyrbid Cackling x Barnacle Geese were there and a Greenland White-fronted Goose was nearby at Sollas.

Baleshare, North Uist
A Snow Bunting was seen there today

Counting period: 08:35 - 11:25
Weather: Wind W - WSW F2-3, 8/8 high cloud, temp 6.5 - 7.0C.

A near 3 hour seawatch this morning produced 18 Eider (S), 5 Long-tailed Ducks (S), 4 Red-throated Divers (3S 1N), 1 Great Northern Diver (S), 2 Gannets (1S 1N), 100 Shag (11S 89N) and 4 Cormorants (S).
Also present in the area were Greylag Goose 52, Shelduck 2, Wigeon 32, Mallard 104, Teal 6, Tufted Duck 11, Red-breasted Merganser 1, Red-throated Diver 1, Great Northern Diver 3, Cormorant 6, Purple Sandpiper 54, Redshank 24, Merlin 1, Hooded Crow 1, Raven 3, Skylark 9, Rock Pipit 2, Twite 22 and Otter 1

The Velvet Scoter was seen again off Balivanich, Benbecula this morning and also present were three Common Scoter and a couple of Slavonian Grebes.
