Hirta, St Kilda
2 Siskin and a Linnet were in Village Bay today. The Siskin is the first known record on St Kilda since 1999 and the Linnet is only the eighth record there

Loch an Tiumpan, Isle of Lewis
The drake *Ring-necked Duck* was seen on the loch this morning

Loch Branahuie, Isle of Lewis
218 Long-taile Duck and 4 Sand Martins were there this morning. The single Pink-footed Goose was also present amongst 20+ Greylags

Stornoway, Isle of Lewis
A juvenile Iceland Gulls was again in the harbour area

Aird an Runair, North Uist
A male Common Scoter flew north this afternoon and 40 White Wagtails were along the shore

Loch Sandary, North Uist
A third-winter Iceland Gull was there this afternoon

Baleshare, North Uist
5 Dotterel were seen to the north-east of the beach car park this afternoon

Coot Loch, Benbecula
7 Black-tailed Godwits and a Garganey were seen there today

West Gerinish, South Uist
25 Whimbrel were in the area today

Ardvule, South Uist
The Snow Bunting was seen there again this morning

Always Birding
Plenty of waders on the beach at Askernish including thee colour ringed birds, 2 Oyc's and a Redshank. Now awaiting responses from the projects involved. My first Swallow of the year flew past the house this afternoon
