On Barra the parvipes type Canada Goose was still with around a hundred Barnacle Geese on Borve Point. The 3w Glaucous Gull was at Ardveenish and 16 Snow Buntings were on the beach at Eoligarry. The 4 Common Redpolls were still at Castlebay, now spending most of their time in the alders by the football pitch rather than in the co-op car park. Lapwings appear to be back on their nest sites.
