Late News:- A Little Egret has been there for the past few days but has not been seen today, probably the same bird reported at Scarista on the 18th

Weather: Wind S F5 increasing to F7. 8/8 cloud with increasing rain. Temp 11C dropping to 10.2C.

A 3+ hour seawatch this morning produced 5 Eider (1S 4N), 1 Red-breasted Merganser (S), 1 Red-throated Diver (S), 6 Great Northern Divers (S), 330 Gannets (327S 3N), 1 Shag (N), 3 Snipe (S - on off the sea), 1 Grey Phalarope (S), 1 Great Skua (S), 1 Guillemot (S), 9 Razorbills (S), 1 Black Guillemot(S) and 7 auk sp (S)
Also present in the area were Greylag Goose 34, Red-throated Diver 2, Common Buzzard 1, Curlew 5, Pied Wagtail 2, Meadow Pipit 4, Rock Pipit 2, Twite 7

An hour and a half seawatch off Brevig, Barra before the rain hit this morning produced 5 Sooty Shearwaters, c40 Manx Shearwaters, c55 Fulmars and Storm Petrel heading south.
