On Barra a new Lesser Whitethroat was at Craigston and at least 1 was still at Glen, bringing the total to 4 birds in recent days. 2 Blackcaps were at Morghan and a Wood Warbler and Common Whitethroat were seen briefly by others there. The Reed Bunting influx mentioned by Ian was also evident here with c15 present at Brevig early morning. A Siskin was at Northbay. On Vatersay this afternoon a flock of c300 Twite near the township contained at least 1 North-western type Redpoll.
