St Kilda
A **Great Shearwater** and 9 Storm Petrels were seen "at sea" 12 nautical miles east of St Kilda

Allasdale, Barra
A juvenile *Mediterranean Gull* was there this morning

Counting period: 07:40-10:35
Weather: Wind W f4, variable cloud, frequent drizzly showers and sunny periods. Temp 14c.

A 3 hour seawatch this morning produced 1 Storm Petrel (S), 5 Fulmars (S), 1 Sooty Shearwater (S), 198 Manx Shearwaters (186S 12N), 61 Gannets (43S 18N), 1 Shag (S), 7 Kittiwakes (S), 3 Arctic Terns (S), and 1 Guillemot (N).
Also present in the area were Greylag Goose 7, Mallard 22, Tufted Duck 3, Common Buzzard 1, Whimbrel 1, Turnstone 22, Sanderling 6, Dunlin 58, Black-headed Gull 32, Raven 2, Skylark 1, Sand Martin 6, Pied Wagtail 1, Meadow Pipit 17, Twite 2, and Goldfinch 1

Todays juvenile Mediterranean Gull at Allasdale, Barra. Just like last years bird, this one was tucked in a group of juvenile Commons.
