A one hour seawatch this morning produced 5 Red-throated Divers (3S 2N), 1 Gannet (S), 11 Shag (N), 3 Purple Sandpipers (S), 1 Kittiwake (S) and 2 Guillemots (S). Also present in the area were Greylag Goose 3, Wigeon 5, Tufted Duck 29, Long-tailed Duck 5, Goldeneye 3, Red-breasted Merganser 1, Great Northern Diver 2, Grey Heron 1, Cormorant 16, Rock Dove 45, Merlin 1, Peregrine 1, Hooded Crow 2, Raven 6, Rock Pipit 1, Twite 260 and Snow Bunting 4

The Danish ringed glaucous gull was back at Ardveenish this afternoon after being absent for a couple of weeks. Looking at the forecast for Thursday, I would imagine it may get joined by a few others shortly.
