Always Birding
Whooper Swans on the move this morning with 47 passing over north. 27 Greenland White-fronts flew over Frobost mid afternoon and 74 Whooper Swans were on Loch na Liana Moire where I tripped over a Corncrake while counting them.

Balranald, North Uist
The two ***Cackling Geese*** were seen by Loch nam Feithean this morning and later by Loch Grogarry. 13 Whooper Swans were also on Loch nam Feithean and 90 White-fronted Geese feeding around the loch. A juvenile Iceland Gull was also on the shore.

Coot Loch, Benbecula
54 Greenland White-fronted Geese were there this afternoon.
