The parvipes type Canada Goose was again there amongst Barnacle Geese

Counting period: 07:35 - 10:05
Weather: Wind S veering SSW F4-5. 8/8 cloud, rain for most of watch. Temp 5.6C - 6.3C.

A 2+ hour seawatch this morning produced 17 Eider (11S 6N), 1 Common Scoter [adult male] (S), 6 Long-tailed Duck (4S 2N), 8 Red-throated Divers (4S 4N), 1 Great Northern Diver (N), 10 Gannets (5S 5N), 48 Shag (N) and 3 Cormorants (2S 1N).
Also present in the area were Mute Swan 2, Shelduck 3, Gadwall 1, Wigeon 102, Teal 2, Tufted Duck 3, Red-breasted Merganser 1, Red-throated Diver 1, Great Northern Diver 3, Shag 12, Cormorant 24, Oystercatcher 172, Ringed Plover 33, Bar-tailed Godwit 24, Black-headed Gull 2, Raven 1

The Green-winged Teal at Loch Sandary, North Uist was seen again in the early afternoon (asleep and not showing that well).
