Western Isles / Outer Hebrides bird sightings for today, 11th November 2023. Updated throughout the day

Shulishader, Isle of Lewis
9 Long-tailed Tits were in a garden there this morning, the first time the observer has recorded a tit species there in 20 years

Tiumpan, Isle of Lewis
2 Pink-footed Geese were feeding on the grass bank at the loch, The drake *Ring-necked Duck* and Mute Swan were still present

Stornoway, Isle of Lewis
A single Waxwing and a Siskin were seen in Kennedy Terrace

Horgabost, Isle of Harris
25 Common Scoter and 2 Slavonian Grebes were seen offshore. A Woodcock was also in the area

The Range, South Uist
An *American Golden Plover* was amongst 100 Golden Plover near Launch Araea 3. 23 Goldeneye were nearby on Loch Bee

Bornish, South Uist
A Fieldfare and 2 Woodcocks were seen in a garden there

Askernish, South Uist
A Waxwing (joined by a second bird mid-afternoon) and a Woodcock were in a garden there this morning and group of 12 Pink-footed Geese were seen on the machair. 10 Long-tailed Tits and a Brambling were also in the garden late afternoon

Lochboisdale, South Uist
2 Waxwings were in a garden there this afternoon
