Loch an Tiumpan, Isle of Lewis
The drake *Ring-necked Duck* was seen again late afternoon

Aird an Runair, North Uist
2 groups of Pale-bellied Brents totalling 18 birds (11 and 7) flew SW past the point this morning

Bornish, South Uist
A juvenile *Common Rosefinch* was seen there again today

Kildonan, South Uist
A **Lesser Yellowlegs*** was to the south of Roe Glas near Loch Aird an Sgairbh this afternoon. 2 Ruff were also in the area

Northbay, Barra
A *Common Rosefinch* and a Barred Warbler were seen there today

Eoligarry, Barra
The 9 *Glossy Ibis* were again seen on the floods mid-morning

Bolnabadoch, Barra
The *Ring-necked Duck* was again seen on Loch an Ail. A *Little Bunting* was also in the area. A Dipper was nearby at Brevig

Gleann, Barra
A *Common Rosefinch* was seen there again today

Rubha Ardvule, South Uist
Counting period: 08:40-12:00
Weather: Wind W f6 gust f7. Mix of sunny periods and showers. Temp 10c.

A 3+ hour seawatch this morning produced 4 Pale-bellied Brent Geese (S), 16 Whooper Swans (S), 1 Long-tailed Duck (S), 15 Kittwakes (S),22 Blacl-headed Gulls (S),1 Arctic Tern [adult] (S), 2 Gillemots (S), 1 Razorbill (S), 5 auk sp (S), 1 Red-throated Diver (S), 7 Great Northern Divers (S), 107 Gannets (104S, 3N) and 4 shag (S).
Also present in the area were Red-breasted Merganser 1, Skylark 4, and Wheatear 1

The Ring-necked Duck at Askernish decided to play hide-and-seek until finally showing itself late morning. Tucked up under the near bank (and therefore out of view) most of the time with the very occasional forray to the far side of the loch
