Hirta, St Kilda
At least 2 Jack Snipe, a Lapland Bunting were seen there today. A Slavonian Grebe was new in Village Bay and the Long-tailed Duck was still present
Port of Ness, Isle of Lewis
A *Glossy Ibis* flew over early afternoon. An *American Golden Plover* was seen in flight with c400 Golden Plover at nearby Loch Stiapabhat and 7 Snow Buntings were at the Butt of Lewis
Eorodale, Isle of Lewis
A Turtle Dove was seen there this morning
Baleshare, North Uist
A Grey Phalarope and a Lapland Bunting were seen there today
Callanish, Isle of Lewis
A Yellow-browed Warbler was in the trees by the standing stones this afternoon
Leverburgh, Isle of Harris
A Ruff was seen there today
Loch Paible, North Uist
A ***Cackling Goose*** was seen there early morning. Circa 1400 Barnacle Geese were also seen flying over, some 400+ of which landed in the area. 51 Black-tailed Godwits were also present
Carinish, North Uist
The Pied Flycatcher was still present there this morning
Balgarva, South Uist
A Grey Phalarope was still to be found on the beach. The Great Crested Grebe was nearby in North Bay where 82 Black-tailed Godwits also flew south
Creachan, Barra
The ***Hornemann’s Arctic Redpoll*** was there today (see @Bruce post below)
