A juvenile Glaucous Gull was seen on the shoreline there this morning

Peninerine, South Uist
95 Long-tailed Ducks were offshore this morning

Rubha Ardvule, South Uist
Counting period: 09:25-11:35
Weather: Wind E f6-7, 8/8 cloud, dull with rain from 10:55. Temp 5C.

A 2 hour seawatch this morning produced 2 Purple Sandpipers (N), 6 Red-throated Divers (3S 3N), 1 Great Northern Diver (S), 7 Gannets (4S 3N), and 23 Shag (6S 17N).
Also present in the area were Greylag Goose 12, Wigeon 34, Teal 8, Tufted Duck 12, ***Lesser Scaup*** [female] 1, Red-breasted Merganser 1, Black-tailed Godwit 3, Red-throated Diver 3, Great Northern Diver 4, Cormorant 17, Grey Heron 1, White-tailed Eagle 1, Hooded Crow 6, and Otter 1
