A Waxwing was visiting a garden there

The drake *Ring-necked Duck* was seen there again today

Balranald, North Uist
A juvenile Glaucous Gull was seen there late morning. 11+ Pintail were on Loch nam Feithean and 3 Pink-footed Geese were at Loch Grogary

Howmore River, South Uist
A drake *Green-winged Teal* was there this morning

Loch Bornish, South Uist
The female ***Lesser Scaup*** was seen there again today. The Velvet Scoter and 10 Black-tailed Godwits were still nearby at Loch Ardvule

4 Long-tailed Tits are still surviving by the pitch in Castlebay. The Carrion Crow flew south at Eoligarry jetty this afternoon and the 4 Rooks remained nearby.

A necessary trip up to Benbecula today had the bonus of adding five new species to the year list, making it 62 species now: Shoveler at Coot Loch, Peregrine and Grey Plover at Stinky Bay, Short-eared Owl near Loch Bee and finally a Little Egret at Bornish
