4 Barnacle Geese were there today

Loch Branahuie, Isle of Lewis
40 Long-tailed Duck and 4 Pink-feet were seen there today

Loch Hosta, North Uist
A male and female Ruff and 73 Whimbrel were there today

Loch Paible, North Uust
Circa 150 Whimbrel were seen at the north end of the loch today. 2 Garganey and 2 Whimbrel were nearby at Loch Sandary

Coot Loch, Benbecula
A female Ruff was seen there today

The Braighe, Isle of Lewis
A Velvet Scoter was seen on the sea late afternoon

A decent arrival of migrants today with obvious increases in Cuckoos, Grasshopper Warblers and Sedge Warblers plus our first Common Whitethroat of the year and a late Redwing.
