Hirta, St Kilda
The Spotted Redshank was still present this morning. A Common Redhank was also there. A Whitethroat, 2 Pied Flycatchers, 2 Siskin, a Whinchat, Short-eared Owl, Black-tailed Godwit, and a Knot were seen later in the day
Stornoway, Isle of Lewis
An immature Pomarine Skua and 50+ Sooty Shearwaters were seen at sea from the Ullapool - Stornoway ferry this afternoon
Loch Hosta, North Uist
An Osprey was see there this evening, possibly the same seen passing over Sandray later in the day
Stinky Bay, Benbecula
6+ Curlew Sandpipers (including the Norwegian colour-ringed bird) were there late evening
Ardivachar Point, South Uist
16 Curlew Sandpipers and 3 Little Stints were seen there this evening. A Spotted Redshank and 140 Black-tailed Godwits were seen nearby on the west bank of Loch Bee
Rubha Ardvule, South Uist
At least 6 Curlew Sandpipers, the juvenile Little Stint and a Ruff were there in the afternoon
