There was little passing Aird an Runair, North Uist in an hour and a quarter seawatch the morning. The small number of species included a Leach's Petrel, 33 Manx Shearwaters, a Great Skua and a Guillemot.

After I had left the headland Mike Bell counted an impressive 257 Black-tailed Godwits. I think this is our largest flock in autumn since around 250 in the Ardivachar area, South Uist in mid-September 2014.
